In Cadiz province, there are 138 kms of vast, often unspoilt, sandy beaches and numerous low key resort -su-interior-pueblos-blancos,towns. The area is very popular with Spanish tourists. You won´t see rows of imposing tower blocks like on the Costa de Sol. The landscape is still natural...left untouched.

We have a warm climate here; the average temperature is 14 degrees in winter and 22 in the summer. We get more than 300 days of sunshine a year.

Half of Cádiz province is covered with natural parks. They stretch from the coastline all the way inland to the mountains. You´ll find miles of untouched wilderness here.

There´s a large gypsy population here; Cádiz is well known for it´s love of Flamenco. This is also the home of the famous Andalucían horse, and where bulls are raised specifically for bullfighting.

The Mediterranean and Atlantic oceans come together here. This can cause some extreme weather conditions. Probably most well known, is the powerful Levante wind. It gets very strong in Tarifa, which is now recognised as Europe´s number one wind and kite surfing location.
